Hyland Greens East, Westminster Neighborhood

Hyland Greens offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with street noise rarely a concern. The neighborhood features a comprehensive network of cycling infrastructure, making bike travel convenient throughout the area. Several well-distributed parks provide ample green spaces easily accessible to residents. Its housing consists predominantly of single detached homes, many built between the 1960s and 1990s, with a strong selection of larger residences ideal for spacious living. Educational institutions, including primary and high schools, are located within reasonable proximity. Parking availability remains good, allowing for seamless vehicle use. The neighborhood’s calm character combined with green spaces and spacious homes makes it a desirable choice.

Hyland Greens is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this neighborhood. Hyland Greens is especially quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. On the other hand, parks, including Hyland Ponds Open Space and Caroll Butts Park, are very well-spread out and there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to explore, making it very easy to access them. Finally, although the ambience is not the most lively in this part of Westminster with the bars in nearby neighborhoods, it is rather challenging to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located quite far away.
